How fast will I get my photos?
For most corporate events, I deliver a set of marketing-ready images within 24 hours, so your team can use them while the event is still fresh. If you're on a hard deadline for a social media posting, tell me about it and I can turn around a first selection even sooner - even during the event. Full edited galleries are typically delivered through a private online link you can share with your team directly within 7 days.
What kinds of events do you cover?
Conferences and summits, trade shows, networking events, keynote and panel sessions, fundraisers, grand openings, book launches, and holiday parties. If your event involves people gathering, networking, or speaking on a stage, I've likely shot something like it.
Do you take group shots, or just candid photos?
Both. I photograph candidly through most of the event so the images feel natural, but I'm happy to organize speaker portraits, team photos, or branded group shots whenever you need them. If you have sponsors who paid for visibility, I make sure their signage and branding appear in the images they're counting on.
Who will actually be photographing my event?
I will. You're booking me, not being handed to an anonymous subcontractor, so the person you plan the shot list with is the person with the camera on the day. Before the event, we'll review the schedule, key moments, VIPs, and any shots your marketing team needs specifically.
Can we use the photos for our website, social media, and marketing?
Yes. Every corporate booking includes a broad commercial usage license for your organization's marketing channels: website, social media, email, print materials, and press. You'll receive high-resolution, fully edited files with no watermarks.
What do your corporate event packages cost?
Pricing depends on the event length, location, and what your team needs, so I'll put together a custom quote after a short conversation. Most corporate clients invest somewhere in the range of a few hours of coverage to a full multi-day conference. Reach out with your event details and you'll have a quote, usually within a day.
Do you travel outside Toronto?
I'm based in Toronto and cover the GTA and surrounding area with no travel fees. For events elsewhere in Ontario or further afield, I'm happy to travel; just include the location in your inquiry and I'll factor it into the quote.
